Gymnastic exercises are a great way to build confidence with your horse while helping to iron out those trouble spots that occur in a regular jumping course. Learn how gymnastic jumping can improve your balance, strength and confidence along with your horse's balance, strength, confidence and agility. This is a great chance to build on your basic jumping skills as well as learn new exercises to increase your performance at horse shows.
