Please read Semester Cancellation Policy.

Call-In Lessons
For students who want a more flexible lesson
schedule. Lessons must be scheduled individually,
in advance; the lesson time is not automatically
carried to the next week. Payment for call-in
lessons must be made prior to mounting.
Cancellations of call-in lessons must be made
within 24 hours of lesson, or you will be charged
for the lesson.
New Students
For all new students, we require an initial
1/2-hour private lesson, which gives an instructor
a chance to advise a student and gives the rider
an opportunity to become acquainted with our
equestrian program. Each student will then be
placed into an appropriate group or private
lesson. Riders in our group lessons are placed
according to ability and knowledge. Call
410-721-0885 to schedule your first lesson.

Hello Horses!
We recommend that all new students and parents
take a Hello Horses! lesson. This unmounted lesson
teaches a new rider and parent basic handling,
safety, grooming, tacking, and cooling out. Call
for the next Hello Horses! lesson.

Suggested Apparel For Riding Lessons
For your safety, an approved riding helmet
(provided), hard-soled shoes with one-inch heel,
and long pants are recommended.
Riding pants or long slacks and tall boots or
chaps are recommended for your comfort.
Preparation of School Horses
Notify your instructor for arrangements; our
horses can be tacked and ready prior to each
lesson (except for the bridle). With instructor
approval, you may groom and tack your horse prior
to your lesson and/or use your own saddle.
Semester Cancellation Policy
Lessons must be made up within the same semester;
those lessons not made up will be lost.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of
lesson or practice ride time. Makeup lessons will
be scheduled only when the proper 24-hour notice
